Tiny Tots fee policy
It is the policy of Tiny Tots to collect fees monthly in advance for every day your child is enrolled in the crèche whether or not he/she attends that day, for example in the event of the child being absent due to illness, attending family occasions, holidays etc, with the exception of the one week Tiny Tots closes during the summer.
Procedures
Fees are charged for 51 weeks of the year including bank holidays, Good Friday and Christmas.
4 weeks notice is required for any changes to your child’s attendance schedule
In the case of withdrawal from the crèche, you must give a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice or forfeit your deposit
If payment is not received the parent/guardian may be requested to withdraw the child from the service and given to another child.
Receipts are given for cash/cheque payments via mobile
Fees can also be paid by bank transfers/standing order
Fees include Full Day Care 5 days per week, nutritious drinks and meals in a quality, experienced childcare setting
Weekly fee before any deductions ; €220
Weekly fee with ECCE deduction; €155.50
Weekly fee minus Universal NCS ; €123.70
Weekly fee minus both ECCE (15 Hours) & Universal NCS (30 Hours) ; €91.30

Please note ; Fees are calculated monthly per calendar month, payable in advance at the start of the month and are charged regardless of your child’s attendance.
To register your child, you must complete a registration form and return it along with your nonrefundable €25 registration fee.
Deposit of €100 is required for all bookings and is held until your final fee, deposit is refunded with one month’s notice of leaving.
